Install Apps via the Software Store

The Software Store is the easiest way to install applications on Cyclop OS. It allows you to install apps from:

1. The Cyclop OS & Ubuntu APT repositories.
2. Flathub (Flatpak applications).
3. Snap Store (Canonical Snap applications).

To install an app:

1. Open the Cyclop Menu and search for Software.
2. Use the search bar to find an app.
3. Click on the app to view details and screenshots.
4. Press Install and enter your password if prompted.
5. After installation, the app will appear in the menu.

Install .deb Applications

Some third-party apps provide .deb files for installation. To install a .deb package:

1. Download the .deb file from the developer's website.
2. Double-click the file to open it in the Software Store.
3. Click Install and enter your password if prompted.
4. Once installed, the app will appear in the menu.

Install Windows Applications using Wine

1. Download the app’s original .exe or .msi installer.
2. Right-click the file and select Install Windows Application.
3. Follow the installation process.
4. For unsupported apps, use PlayOnLinux.

Install & Play Games

Install Steam, Lutris, and Proton for gaming.

Add APT Repositories

1. Open Terminal from the Cyclop Menu.
